Michelle Wilsdon

Michelle is from Enoch Cree Nation, Treaty Six territory. She is a mother of two adorable sons, ages 2 and 5, who teach her everyday about empathy, patience, and love.

Michelle joined the CER in the fall of 2022 as the Professional Leader, Reconciliation to drive and support the organization’s Reconciliation commitments and empower people throughout the reconciliation journey.

Prior to joining the CER, she served her community as a member of the Enoch Cree Nation Council from 2015-2022, where she had primary responsibilities for economic development, lands, environment, consultation, and planning. During her time on Council, she also served as the Alberta First Nation representative and Co-Chair of the IAMC-TMX since 2017.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Ocean Sciences from the University of Victoria and is currently working to complete her Master of Arts, Executive Leadership program at Royal Roads University.
